I received a delivery from QVC that I did not order. The package had a I M watch and it was sent from Goshen Returns to my name and address. When I opened it had no invoice or paperwork at all.
I had ordered a Honora Pearl necklace that had shipped out on the same date as this package.
I called customer service and the rep. took all the information from me. The rep. said I would hear from headquarters because this was really messed up. It has been two days now and have not heard from anyone. I called again and they said, since I had no paperwork, I could not send back and someone would get in touch with me. Still waiting!
The crystal on the watch was out of it when I opened the box. So, I assume, that someone was returning it. I want to return but do not know how without paperwork.
Now my pearl necklace does not show any progress in tracking at all. I was told to wait 10 days before I call to report not receiving and they would send again.
This is a mess!!! I wish someone from QVC could come up with a solution. I do not even want the pearl necklace anymore. I am just discussed with the whole situation.

I would ask customer service to send me or email me a pre paid return slip to Goshen Returns and put a note in with the return that this is not your item.

Hi baker, I did ask for a pre paid return slip but Q said since I had no paperwork that could not be done. I asked about every possible scenario and they declined. I will see if anyone gets back to me and see how long this package sits on my dining room table.

Can you somehow, print anything concerning your orginal order?? I would at least get then straightened out, then worry about returning the watch (or not bother...their mistake). I never had any problems with an order, til just recently. I recieved an empty pkg. that did appear to have been opened. I received a replacement with no problems (surprise!!).

Tx, my original order has nothing to do with this strange package. Customer rep. noticed that I had something ship to me the same day, but that was it. He said if I do not receive my order in 10 days to give them a call and they would send it back out.
I think they need improvements in there shipping dept. Obviously, since I just read two post of the same situation like mine, they need help.
