Last week, I ordered a pair of Born sandals. Today a package arrived that was to be the shoes and upon opening, I had received a Tignanello metallic handbag.
Customer service told me to put the return label on the box and take it to the post office. So, for their mistake, I am to take my time and use gas to do this??????? Geez. I don't think so.
I was also informed that I could not have my shoes shipped out until this package was received and credited. The entired process would take about 2 weeks.
I cancelled the shoe order and told them they would have to issue a call tag where there would be a record of the pickup so I would be sure to receive my credit.
It will be a very long time before I order anything again.
