Remember when posters here would not or could not use "HSN", but would post about "the southern channel"? I thought the split screen was awful and the hosts from both channels speaking like they were all old friends. We are not that gullible. They were in tough competition for years. I don't think this "merger" will help us customers at all. Taking most of my business elsewhere. QVC's quality is way down.

Not to mention they will be promoting each other's wares ad nauseum. I have never seen HSN in my life and have no interest in watching it now. I barely tune into the Q, although I do shop from the website.

What was really awkward was Colleen Lopez doing split screen with Sharon Fotch (sp) and Colleen referred to her twice as "Hon". How insulting and condesending was that! I used to be a HSN fan but no more. Why would you allow a show host to promote her own clothing and jewelry line - not a fan of Colleen Lopez - she is arrogant. Not sure why QVC thought they had to buy an inferior competitor. Love QVC and hardly shop anywhere else these days.

Someone mentioned that they get their returns notification from HSN.. faster with a notification saying their return is on their way .. I get the same from QVC .. on the return slip I check email notifications and I get them .. when its on its way and also when they receive them back at QVC.. but I will say I wish QVC would ship faster.. its takes longer and longer now and I am not happy with it .. I have an order in right now that took three days to ship ..went from one state to another with my state right in between went to Ups and then was transferred to United states post office and they take forever.. QVC has not been doing what they used to do and I dont understand this QVC.. HSN togetherness stuff.
