Website problems continue

I can't change colors on the item views anymore, along with the problems with videos - when I try to watch it makes my browser quit, and there is also a screetching audio - no wish list pics on my list anymore - what the #&*% happened and is anyone going to fix it???? I wanted to look at something, well forget about it - I can't watch the video or change the colors in the photos!! Unbelievable. Do they even care???
