Tonight on both Safari and Firefox I can only go so far in looking at items when I get the message that QVC is currently unavailable or a similar message.  Then sometimes it goes correctly.  Is this because of the free shipping or just messed up stuff on QVC's part?   It is really frustrating.

Yes, same. But is anyone surprised?  I feel like this is a common occurence when they have Free Shipping or some other big sale thing. I mean, seriously. It rarely works right when you need it to! The app is just as worthless - today at least.

I haven't noticed this problem. I am on a Macbook using Chrome.

I am having the same problem on Chrome on my Android phone. And sometimes it says my wish list or saved items list is unavailable. Very frustrating. I wish QVC had better computer support.

Yup, same problem. I am on Safari, and on Chrome both, and every time I go to click on an item, it says not available call Customer Service. I don't like their app, so I won't shop on the app. I'll just wait for the technical team to fix their glitch.

It is the same problem for me using Safari.  It took a day or more to fix it the last time that it was an issue for many.  Hopefully that is not the case this time.

Update:  Issue fixed for me in a couple of hours.
