I have so much trouble watching QVC live on my iPhone. Sometimes it starts and will go for 10 or 15 minutes then it stops. Other times it starts and goes for maybe 5 seconds and stops. I have to click the start button.....sometimes it starts, most times it doesn't. Sometimes there is sound but no picture. This has been going on for many months and it's very aggravating. It seems to be ok on HSN and ShopHQ. Anyone else have this problem and does anyone know how to remedy the problem? Thanks.

Are you watching over wifi or your carriers network? I can't imagine watching any programming for very long, on my cell phone. The screen is too small, and I have a Galaxy SIII, which is a little larger than an iPhone. .

I have Verizon carrier service. Yes, it is not the best viewing but my prehistoric tv in my bedroom does not pick up any of the shopping channels. The new, big screen tv in the family room does get the channels but the husband is always watching sports on that tv.

Me too. It happens on my iMac too, not just my phone, and I have a good, fast internet connection.
