I paid the shipping to return an item to QVC and did NOT use the Q's return label. Despite the fact that I paid for the shipping, the return shipping fee was deducted from my refund. I had to call a CSR to ask for the return shipping fee to be refunded. Then the CSR tried to argue with me on the telephone about why I returned it. I told her it made no difference why since I paid for the shipping myself. She then said it would make a difference because if it was damaged, QVC would pay for the return shipping. I again explained that I did not use the QVC return label, that I paid for my own return shipping. After explaining again that I paid to have it shipped back, she finally understood and agreed to refund the $6.95 charge for return shipping through QVC.
I have never been treated in such a rude fashion by a QVC CSR. Unfortunately, so many things are changing that the Q doesn't seem to be run the same as it used to be. It's a shame.
