I hope this makes it to the discussion - as I beileve it is the QVC customer's right to know.
I had a problem with ordering a computer - a BAD BAD problem that cost me lots of money.
I posted over the holiday - other people answer - back and forth.
This morning I get a phone call from Inez - I believe a Supervisor at QVC - they had read my posts and that is why she was calling.
Now on one side it is nice that they wanted to help me with my problem - but on the other side when I asked her "do you read the posts" she said they did.
Now I don't know about you - but I believe QVC should be forthright in telling the customers that there is no privacy here - and what we type WILL be held against us.
So be careful what you right - they are watching - and for that Inez I say SHAME ON QVC....but thanks for calling and offering to help a situation I did not ask help for.
