@bunnybun2020

I had a look at the return information for your HP laptop. You received a full refund of the three paid easy pays and the rest were cancelled. We take the full price of the item and divide by the easy pays so the tax is included in each easy pay. The refund you received if you double it (the 3 easy pays cancelled) it will equal the full price of the order.

Even if you write a note they seem to ignore it. Leaving the customer to make a phone call for a refund! Sad!

@DAD

I found out a long time ago that they don't read notes you put in the return, so don't bother.  You have to call customer service to get things on record.

Hello,

Did your return include the tax?   Because I am out $102 dollars in taxes for the item I  have returnedthe item and only received the refund on the payments I have made. Shouldnt I have also received the $102 dollars in sales tax as well?

--------

If you used EP for your order, you didn't pay $102 in taxes.  They divide your taxes, into however many EP's as well.

I believe with ez pay that you're charged the tax & s&h in the first payment. With smaller items you don't notice it. I may be wrong but I believe that's the way it works.
