Thank you QVC, every department and personnel, for the OUTSTANDING job you are doing with your programming. The set designs are beautiful and I have not noticed one misstep at all. Thank you show hosts for being so happy and upbeat - exactly what we all need right now. Also the ability to clean and safe shop!!! PLEASE KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK - Hosts, Customer Service, Programmers, Set Designers and on and on. WE APPRECIATE EVERY ONE OF YOU SO MUCH!!!

@just wonder Great post! Good example of choosing to promote positivity over negativity. For many it's been a nice place to visit and watch in the midst of our difficult surroundings. Great job QVC, hosts, and vendors and let's not forget all the behind-the-scene workers. KUDOS to all!!!! Thanks for being there.

I always think QVC does a good job, but thank you @just wonder for starting the thread to remind me to say so.

Also, for the first time, today I received a phone call saying they received my return and that they are refunding X amount of dollars. Haven't had that before, but it is nice to get those kind of automated phone calls.

Well said. However with today being a kitchen day, be prepared for comments on wasted foods and bad food handling practices. One day someone complained about fingers in a beauty cream - as if that wasn't going to be tossed out after the presentation. I'm even impressed that they have grouped products to the home page like "create a home office" that might be useful during these times.
