I haven't been on the Q website since they did the recent update, but now that the fall stuff is coming out I have been buying more.
This webiste is a mess! Every time I click on something I takes 10-15 seconds for it to load. Every single click. WHY? It had never been super fast, but this is awful. Is it the videos on every item now? I just now went to buy a pair of shoes and by the time the darn page loaded my color and size is now on waitlist.
Please fix this.

I have been complaining about this site for years to no avail. This is the worst site of any site I shop on.
Yet,and i do not know why I continue to shop here. It is not great deals ,because iMO there aren't any.QVC is very expensive and always has been.
The only thing I can think is is ,"I grew up here"...............lol Habits are hard to break!

I use a kindle and haven't had any issues. At one point, IPad users were having trouble. Not sure if that got resolved.

Not only is it a mess! I had to sign in twice just to place and order. THEN, while I was signed in for that, I came on here and had to sign in again! Do like Ebay, once your signed in, you can buy as long as you want, then sign out. Just once to sign in.
I've been shopping HSN. QVC clothes are not the same quality as they use to be, and some of the clothes on here, I wouldn't be caught dead in...as in LOGO!

I use an HP laptop (bought from the Q!!!!) and I do not have issue like this on any of the other numerous websites I regularly visit. Glad you do not have issues, but if SO many people are, it seems like it would behoove the Q to fix this. If most of your sales are done online and your website is the pits, I have to imagine it will have a negative impact on sales...

No problems here using a comp. You did not provide any system info for the IT techs to check for you.
1 - Are you using a comp or a mobile device?
2 - If comp, are you using a Mac or a PC?
3 - Which OS or iOS are you using?
4 - Which browser & version?
5 - Restarted your device or comp?
Hopefully, a MOD will see your post & move it from the Q Talk forum & to the correct forum so that they can refer your post to the QVC IT folks.

One thing that has been weird for me today and yesterday is clicking on the forum links at the left. Both times I was on PC laptops, yesterday my Win10 laptop and today one of my Win8.1 laptops.
It seems like sometimes one of them isn't live and I had to learn to just click on it once and then it would become a live link again and I could click one more time and it would open the forum.
Being that I'm not an IT expert, I have no idea why or what this is. Maybe somebody else understands it.
Other than that I haven't had problems on the site.
ETA - FWIW, I also wanted to mention that I'm frequently getting these pink 'we've moved...' messages when I click on the forum names.

I've only seen 3 new glitches. Earlier today the image we see when we click on "Forums" switched from the cherry blossom branch back to the old 3-image Christmas pix. Then it changed, again, to the cherry blossoms. And if I'm on my iPad, I do see the problem when clicking on the forum names that @chickenbutt described. Also, for a while my iMac's native emojis weren't recognized here, then that righted itself a few hours later.
It appears to me they've "adjusted" their website software again in the past couple of days. It does help to know the specifics of each person's hardware/software. In this case it's probably best to give it a couple of days and see if it settles down.
I only sign in one time during the day, and the site keeps me logged in for most or all of the day. A reminder, though, that logging into the shopping area isn't the same as the Community... so that's why we see a second login required. The level of security is different. Just think of them as 2 separate websites.
(I use iPad 3 and iPhone 5, iOS v. 9.3.4, and iMac, OS X 10.11.6. On the Mac I use 2 browsers: Firefox 48.0.1 and Chrome 52.0.2743.116. I clear browser cookies/cache/website data at least once a day on all 3 devices.)
