Still cannot place orders on-line -- is anyone working on this?????

I just placed an order on line.

 

I had zero problems doing so.

I've had trouble signing in for 2 days.  This morning, I tried to update my credit card and it kept going that to the 'sign in' page.  Guess I'd better do that update right now while I'm in here.

I just placed an order with no problems.

 

Edited to add:  While I was successful in placing orders, I've yet to receive any e-mail confirmations.  Just thought I'd add that.

If I try to reply to a post, by quoting it, takes me to the page re: the Q credit card and all the advantages. 

 

Trust me Q, I don't need another credit card!

After two days of problems with the Q website I finally reached a person at Q who told me the problem was the Q's site not properly connecting with Google chromebooks, which is what I use.  That is why some people were not having any problems.

 

Today everything seems ok. Going to post a suggestion that Q publish on these boards somewhere that YES there is a problem and that they are working on it so we don't assume it is our own computer problem.
