WATCH THE SHIPPING!!!!!

Has this happend to anyone else? If you look on line or watch the show, it will give the price plus shipping, but when you place the order, the shipping is usually .50 to $ 1.00 more, then you have to call CS, and they have to check it out then reissue you a price adjustment. Even the CSR's say that this is becoming a habit. You would think that they would have a proof reader to double check if the figures are correct or even if the description's are correct. This has happened to me on more than one occassion!!
