Has anyone else had trouble with Vionic sandals (I think Tide style) giving "splinters"??   I have the hard insoles - not suede ones -  & feels like tiny pieces of fiberglass wearing off getting stuck in foot.  They are not new - but only 2-3 years old.  Very painful & found it happening in two different sandals - both same style.  If this has happened to you, is there anyway to fix???  Maybe a spray to seal footbed again??

Not particular to Vionic, but I have had wood splinters in the insole and my foot from walking in decorative bark.  The devil to pull out.

@Matchup   I have about a dozen of the tide version of Vionic sandals in both the "rubber" and "suede" foot beds, and never had any issues with them.  I give mine a good scrubbing once in a while to clean them, and have never seen any kind of breakage.

Could you post a picture of what you are seeing on the footbed?

@CAcableGirl2 I was curious if they could be cleaned easily. The soles are so light colored. I'm having a foot issue now and thought about buying them but the light colored soles worried me.

@Lali1  I clean the rubber ones all the time.  Just a little liquid soap and a scrub brush and let them air dry.

I wouldn't put them into the washing machine but a little hand scrubbing hasn't damaged them at all.

@CAcableGirl2     I throw my rubber sandals right into the wash... and let them air dry.
