I was very disappointed when I finally was able to sit down at my desk top computer and try to watch the video of Courtney K.'s overnight presentation of the Inspire Me Poinsettia Pillows.  I had seen it on my phone and the presentation looked outstanding but I needed to watch at home with sound.  QVC had replaced her on-air presentation with that of Pat James-Dementri's presentation in this morning's Inspire Me show.  Pat's presentation was not nearly as explanatory showing all the colors of these pillows, etc.  I wish QVC would use common sense and not just replace their on-line presentations with the more senior host's presentation when it is not nearly as demonstrative as that of a newer show host.  In this instance, it appeared from what little I could tell on my phone that Courtney's K.'s presentation was soooo much better!  Courtney is doing a fantastic job and needed to be elevated to prime time!!!

Re: Video Presentations on-line

I agree that replacement of videos can be frustrating--but I think it happens automatically each time a product receives an on-air presentation; I doubt it has anything to do with the host.

Yes that's exactly what they do.  I would guess it's so it's the most up to date info, pricing etc.  I get it, I often want to see the presentation of a host that I feel does the best job with giving info etc, but it has already been changed to the most recent presentation.  I do like now (though I don't imagine it applies to this item or show) that many shows are live-streamed on FB and can be watched again later with perhaps the host you prefer presenting.
