Very,very, very slow processing!

I ordered 2 of Susan Graver's tops on June 2nd. They have been in processing up until today and now they say shipped. I tried to cancel on the 4th since it said processing and it would not let me. It said that they were being packaged. That is ridiculious!

Glad I didn't want them for a special occasion.

They may go right back once I get them, which most likely won't be until next week now.

QVC is bucking the trend of quicker shipping. Things are slower than they were 5 or 10 years ago. I have to think they have elected to ship things slower because the options are cheaper for them.

My experience is that you cannot cancel any item -- it is "being prepared for shipping"

also so my returns take forever to process. When I try to track package, it will only show "picked up by shipper". I have to get USPS to print out when received. Takes days after that for return processing.

@crazy4bears. They must store Graver items in the far reaches of the warehouse because the 12 items I've ordered in the past two weeks have shipped in 2-3 days. As far as I'm concerned, things are back to normal

I ordered a Catherine Zeta-Jones quilt today. The receive date is 14 days in the future. That is pretty far in advance. I live in PA and used to get my orders in two days.

QVC is changing things and they have let us know that shipping will take longer than usual during this time. As long as they are honest and upfront about it, I am okay with it.

if it is something I can wait for, I will order, if not, I will buy somewhere else.

I ordered a waffle maker on June 3rd, shipped the 4th and received the 7th Very pleased.

@crazy4bears Ordered the Kuhn Rikon 2 piece opener set on Wednesday evening, June 5th. It shipped on Friday the 7th, and just came in today's US Postal Service a few minutes ago. Estimated delivery date was projected for June 13th.

I have been fortunate--have not experienced any of the long delays many others have mentioned. Last clothing I ordered December 31st arrived in good/normal time frame.
