This has never happened to me. Other than saturation levels or being slightly brighter or lighter in color, never had a misrepresentation of color completely. I also think most hosts and reps like Bitsy, Gary G or DB will tell you if a color is labeled Navy but it is more cadet blue, and similarly with Reds which I am very picky about. If the red is more blue, or rust, or tomato they usually describe it as such.

Its not QVC its probably your TV or computer monitor.  Monitor's are notoriously different in colors.  I have heard hosts say that some items show up differently on their monitors and the true color.

Selling sites such as Amazon some times state the colors may be different on your home monitor.

I’ve had slight variations which are expected when shopping from TV or online; it’s not only QVC. But, not enough to cause concern or disappointment. Sometimes a host will describe a color like red & say it’s more terracotta or brick red as opposed to lipstick red.

I have seen the host on many occasions correct the color when it comes across differently or even when it’s labeled wrong. So it happens.
