@Group 5 minus 1   I understand what you just said in your response to me.  But  reread your first sentence in your original post.  That is what I was having trouble understanding.  I don't know if it was a typo or you left a word or two out.

She said it was a typo. It’s pretty easy to understand what she meant.

@manny2   Sorry I couldn't decipher "Quality Control does have inspect every each".  I guess I am not as smart as you.

Yes, unfortunately, there are some who think they are queens of the forum & only they can critique QVC.

@Boehm Collector

Yes, QVC Social team responded quickly and corrected the reimbursement .

The staff at the return center must not look at the slips and end up charging automatically for rtn shipping . This has happened to me for exchanges to when they do not have the item in stock.

@Lisamarthawrote:

I just need to vent on the package I received from QVC today. I ordered the L'Occitane hand cream and oil set last week. It was an obvious return since the hand cream box was split open and there was product missing from the oil, not to mention it had no scent. I really have to say I am annoyed by this lack of quality control. I called customer service to get a return label so I could receive a fresh item. She is sending the label but the eye rolling was almost audible. I hope someone in management sees this post and can have a productive discussion with your quality teams.

@Lisamartha

I can understand your frustration. Returns are supposed to be sold under AS IS items with a discount since those are clearly stated that these purchases might be a customer return or an item used in a presentation, but these items are unacceptable as NEW purchases!

You are not alone in your frustration. There was also a popular thread a few years back call CHEESE IN THE POCKET describing how returns wind up getting sent out as new orders.....(when someone knew they got a return with an actual "bonus" piece of cheese that was found in a coat pocket---and the thread went into detail on QVC's warehouse practices) Be glad the used item you received wasn't a bill to/ship to gift....think of how embarrassing this would have been

At the bottom left hand side of the QVC website under CONNECT WITH US is a FEEDBACK Form to also send your comments

Sorry this happened to you but It's happening everywhere.

*Yesterday, I spent 1 1/2 hours on the phone with a retailer who outsources their customer service. The gal couldn't grasp that I received duplicates of two shirts and missing 2 shirts.

*Today, it was Saks. I ordered two Crucifix pendants for my adult children for Christmas. I received the tiny box containing 1 but billed for 2. The box isn't large enough to fit two AND I weighed the package which matches the weight on their shipping label. They also outsource their customer service. They started an investigation but I won't know the outcome until mid January. This is my first issue with Saks and I am shocked at their poor customer service. By the way, each Crucifix cost $44.75 on sale so we aren't talking expensive gold jewelry. I packed up the one I received along with the rest of the items I ordered and sending everything back. Done with them!

*I told my husband if I had bought the items at QVC, I would have experienced a much different outcome. I still feel QVC values their customers and they try to make it right.
