VIP discount code... did anyone get it to work?

I have put together my cart and tried to apply the vip code but it said I was not eligible. Did anyone get this to work? My order came to $79 without taxes or shipping, so I have no clue why it would not go through. The Details say it should be 10 off a $75 order. Did this work for anyone else? Can you not use it on clearance items?

Where did you get the code? If it didn't come directly to you, it might only work for the person who received it.

When I sign into qvc there is a banner across the top of the page that says "love qvc?" And then gives the code VIP to use to get $10 off a $75 order. I do not see that it is only for new customers in the fine print. Hsn does discount codes all the time but I had never seen one before on qvc.

@rms1954 If this code is just for new customers, isn't that discrimination? IMO, QVC should offer these types of codes to the faithful customers who have kept them going all these years.

Not discrimination at all. Many online retailers offer the same type of thing just to get new customers. IMO it's not MY place to tell QVC what they should offer.

HSN and QVC obviously offer different things as they are run different.

@coffee drinker Discrimination? Seriously?LOL Lots of companies do this to attract new business. Some people find a monster under every bed, this is silly!
