I received a handbag that was going to be a gift, but was obviously someone's return as it was just put into a plastic bag without the normal wrapping of zipper pulls, etc.

When I called to see about getting another one, I was told that one was available, but they couldn't send it out until they received mine back. It took me two weeks to get it in the first place. It will take them two weeks to process the return, then another two weeks for me to get another one.

I said never mind. I called Zappo's yesterday afternoon and the handbag is out for delivery today. LESS THAN 24 HOURS, QVC!!!!!
