Unfortunately it’s for select customers only, but they sent it out so many weeks ago they might have forgot all about it.


Started on the 20th and today’s the 22nd, so I definitely did !

@RescueLover Thank you!  I forgot and placed an order this monring...of course it's already at "preparing your order" so I can't cancel.

@haddon9  I have noticed that I have had orders go from preparing back to in process or some similar term, during the first day or two after placing my order. During the in process (can't recall the exact term) it would allow me to make cancellations.

It all depends? Some items can be canceled and or changed if Processing and some can't. I have had some go through in minutes and CS said it happens sometimes. I didn't believe it so spoke to a Supervisor. It was such a hassle to change it I didn't bother.
