Re: Two Step Login Process - Why?

This had been happening to me a lot. Then one day about a week or more ago, I went to log in and wah-lah, a new page appeared in front of me providing a welcome to QVC and please complete the following fields in order to create an account.

Well, I'm wondering why the H do I need a new account, since I've been a customer since 1989. I tried to log in several times, but was brought back to the screen to create a new account.

Then this morning I saw the Q's announcement to call CS if problems had been encountered and so did just that. Within one minute everything was fixed. I realized I should have called last week. (I'm not usually a dunce.)

I wonder if this has happened to anyone else?

Now I can't get to the "Items Recently On Air" page. I get a page that says, "This webpage has a redirect loop." If it isn't one thing, it's another. Ugh!{#emotions_dlg.huh}

And also this ""stuff"" is at the top and bottom of my page.

Divine, many of us are seeing those error messages. I started a thread on Viewpoints about the latest problems. I came here to see if QVC made any announcements about the issues.

Re: Two Step Login Process - Why?

Hello, I am having the same problems, it started nov. 18 late afternoon, I could read the blogs but I couldn't sign in to respond, I got the message on my screen like some of you got. with a phone number to call I did call and finally the lady said yes they were having problems and it would be corrected soon, I also emailed them, today the 19th, at 3 p.m. I received a email that my cache/cookies was the problem or my software needed to be updated, well my stuff is updated so that is not the problem, now I see where others are having problems too,why are they blaming me for the problem? I went to another browser [firefox] and was finally able to get here,hope they get it fixed soon and stop blaming us for there errors. tucka.
