Twice have received wrong merchandise

If you are a Kristi in Kingsport, TN, I have your white sweater. I ordered a denim skirt and I hope no one got that by mistake. I'm mailing the sweater back to QVC today. I do not know when you will receive it. THis is the second time I have received the wrong merchandise. I realize with thousands of packages going out every day mistakes can happen.
