I believe she's talking about the Tweak'd TSV. If you look through the threads on the beauty board you can find several about the Tweak'd product line.  I like some of them and others I don't care for.  The TSV is several cleansing products that you're supposed to first put on dry hair and let sit for about 5 minutes before adding water and more of the product to make a lather.  I just don't care for that method.

Kinda pricy for me....and I know I am an oddball/////but the video of how they obtain the ingredients make me shiver....

 

I want my presonal care products to be ultra sanitary and this is so not to me!

I have always applied (any) shampoo to dry hair, and waited a few minutes before the washing process.
