One day this week I received an email from "The Q" informing me they had mistakenly shipped the Temp-tations Old World pattern to some customers that had ordered the Polka Dot pattern of the new patioware (which is now almost all on waitlist). They offered to refund all the shipping costs if I experienced this problem. GRRRRRR!!!
Of course, my box arrived and I was the "victim" of the shipping error. GRRR!! Reluctantly, I opened the big clumsy box, that I would soon be standing in line with at the post office. GRRR!!! Much to my surprise and delight, the Old World pattern in black was strikingly beautiful (much more so than tv and computer images). It actually matched my patio furniture perfectly.
So, needless to say, someone else can enjoy my cute polka-dot set that I didn't receive, because today, this just doesn't seem like that big of a deal, I'm keeping the "mistake", and I'm not going to pout and grump (but maybe I should have posted this in the "Q We Love" Forum instead)... my apologies in advance.
