Is anyone else finding when they go to checkout it tells you we are sorry but please call customer service! Then when I go into my account to see credit card info it shows no card on file! I am a avid qvc shopper and this really frustrates me! On the other hand it is saving me money ! Lol

Re: Trouble with qvc website?

Yes, I was rejected for my a/d of medi rollers refill for $ 19.00 lol

I have perfect credit on my $10.000 card............lol and hardly shop at all anymore.

I thought they were teaching me a lesson for complaining or canceling something........lol

Re: Trouble with qvc website?

I also got the "call CS" on one of my auto delivery. When I called, the rep ran my card through again and said "well I don't understand it went right through now". I just assumed that maybe the first time they entered the number incorrectly.

There's been a few strange happenings at the "Q" lately.

Re: Trouble with qvc website?

I haven't yet experienced these joyful additions to the train wreck known as this website, though I've certainly met my share. As far as the checkout glitches, when I do, it'll be the last darned time I check out from here. Sorry, but they're always upgrading and performing maintenance and yet it never gets any better. I think QVC's suits have tolerated this amateurishness long enough, though they clearly intend to tolerate it forever. That's up to them. My tolerance limit is up to me.

Re: Trouble with qvc website?

grrrr it is still happening !!!!

I have to call on every a/d order. That isn't bad enough but then you have to wait on the phone for CS for 15 minutes (I timed it) for an operator, then you find your card is fine {#emotions_dlg.angry} probably a glitch CS says.

I do not understand why this company has so many problems. Amazon that has millions more customers runs smoothly everyday and a very accomodating CS is a click away instantly.

QVC needs to hire more help and a good web designer

It's just too much trouble to shop here any longer {#emotions_dlg.thumbdown}

Re: Trouble with qvc website?

Seriously, before spending huge amounts promoting themselves in LA and launching their latest QVC worldwide global venture, they could at least bring in competent site support to ensure their 'hometown' website is virtually seamless. Honestly, in the day, I might've done some serious damage here, but these days it's challenging enough for me to find any merchandise of actual interest, much less for which I want to pay their prices and their shipping, but assuming I occasionally still will, when checking out becomes a part-time job, they can pretty much forget about it. Who needs the added hassle?

There may be long waits for CS I wonder if it has anything to do with Q laying off 900 workers in 2008....and since their website does not always work properly, so guess what you have to call CS creating a greater wait time....imagine that.....

But remember QVC brings you all those "exciting" and expensive remotes from LA those "wonderful" "red carpet shows"......the Aspen Food and Wine festival show--and the funny thing about it is that they show the same stuff they showed in West Chester {#emotions_dlg.biggrin}....And was it last year or the year before...the Cherry Blossom and Kite Festival from DC, and Sharon did a remote from Annapolis....and remember the remotes from the various parades.....

Is it me or perhaps QVC does not have their priorities in order......{#emotions_dlg.glare}

Re: Trouble with qvc website?

I don't mind SOME of the remotes. The problem is MOST of those they've chosen to keep are SO not among the more interesting that they've done. Either way, offering a consistently functional website and doing an occasional remote should really NOT be mutually exclusive. The simple fact is that the suits have turned a blind eye to this website for years and appear to have elected to continue doing so. For whatever reason, and despite all the 'devices' they want to shove down our throats, it simply doesn't appear to be anyone's priority.
