I tried numerous times today to talk live with a customer service rep and each time it switched me to a busy signal. This happened probably 4-5 times and I have given up for the day. Anyone else experienced this?

We all have to be extra patient right now. My guess is a lot of their CS reps are out because of covid-19.... kids home from school, at risk issues, etc.

I had the same problem; also "live chat" had me chatting to myself. Sent an email and got no response. However, when I called again between 8:00 and 8:30 in the morning of the next day I did get a very helpful rep. So I suggest calling early if possible.

My understanding is that all of the call center reps are working at home and are not there live. They may have a smaller crew, but they are working out of their homs, which is great. (Maybe not so much if they have kids at home)

There have been some changes in the past few months. They no longer have supervisors available and you have a 48 hour wait for a callback.
