Trio Axs T-Mobile

Anybody having trouble with T-Mobile getting the 5GB for 5 months? They will only give me 1GB for 1week. I've called them twice at different numbers and QVC twice. Also the tech number. QVC will have to research it. I'm getting frustrated over the whole thing. T-Mobile told me it had to be an Apple IPad. I bet we won't get the 200MB each month either.
