Always very curious why anyone would  buy a heavy expensive product (grill, tv, furniture) on tv. What if u wanted to return it and repackage it bring it to UPS and pay the postage. Wouldn't it be more trouble than its worth.

The last time there was a Traeger TSV, there were so many complaints on Facebook about the grills arriving damaged and/or with no wood pellets.

Can't imagine anyone wanting to and watching for a continuous 12 hours.

Traeger is probably the type of purchase that buyers first check out in person at the store and then purchase on line for the best value.  I imagine that return rates are very low unless there is damage or a defect.
