Why can't our orders be tracked as advertized? I need to know where and when they will be delivered. I know we get an EDD. That said all we get is when picked up and from then on the page is blank. Am I complaining about something not important? Who drops the ball-QVC-UPS-USPS? I pay plenty for S & H, as you all do, so why not the service? Oh, I do sometimes get out for delivery but, that is on the day it arrives. I need more info than that. I have a couple orders I am expecting now, that's why this came to mind. I have pretty much stopped ordering from the Q because of this matter. And, the extremely high S & H. Thanks for reading.

I send my returns back without using QVC's label. They get there faster and I get my refund faster. QVC's and USPS Priority usually comes out the same.

I have an item that was shipped several days ago. It was large so probably went UPS but there is not a single entry on the tracking. I'm wondering if I'll ever get it.

I don't hold out much hope for QVC to improve this problem with shipping notifications.

Rather than watch the order info on the QVC site (or any site I order from), I've found the best way to keep up with all UPS deliveries is by getting auto-alerts using the free "UPS My Choice" program (you can pay for added features, but I've never found it necessary).

Essentially, once you register the website will notify you via email, text or voice (your choice) immediately when a package with your name and address has been shipped.

The UPS website "sees" your name/address and triggers a notification to you. And you can get subsequent email, text or voice updates on the progress, including an alert when the parcel is placed at your door.

Fedex has a similar program called "Fedex Delivery Manager:"
