Tracking Orders

Anybody else having trouble with tracking orders? I ordered Vera Bradley last week and as of today one is still in Maryland and the other one has no movement. We pay enough for shipping,you would think tracking would be better. When shipping was cheaper we could track orders up to the time it was out for delivery.

I haven't had problems with order-tracking, per se, but I think the biggest issue is that they tell you it ships WAY before it actually does. So, when you try to look up the tracking you don't see any movement until it actually ships.
