Does anybody have any information about the "Track My Return" tab in Order Status?

It has been missing since the 6th. I called customer service and got no answer except that they didn't think that this tab would be eliminated because it is used a lot.

I like to keep tabs on my returns so that I can see when I can expect my refund.

If you use Q's label, you can't track it until it reaches Q and maybe not even then. USPS doesn't track a package with Q's label on it like it does for priority mail. The 6th was just the other day. With Q's label, you may have to give it a good week or two.

I called CS and she told me not to worry they believe I sent it back........lol...........yeaaaa I bet they do........ She said that QVC believes their customers are honest. hmmmmmm

There is no tracking info on my return at all I'm waiting for a $100 refund on a damaged order. With absolutely no return info, how will I be refunded if they don't receive it?

The USPS tracking is a joke. Don't be alarmed if nothing shows up. Have faith and the Postal Gods will get your package to the correct place...eventually.

If you really want to track your return, go to uspsdotcom and print your own postage. USPS will even give you flat rate priority boxes and envelopes for free. And it's less than Q's label will cost you. The only time I use Q's label is if it's a bulkier or heavier package....like shoes or a handbag. Otherwise, I print my own postage because I feel better about tracking and proof of delivery.

I've returned two things in the past week. Both items were damaged. I use the Q's postage paid label because I am not going to pay to return damaged goods. That should be on their tab.

I, too, am not happy that the "track your return" is no longer available. When it was available you could view when the package was accepted by the post office, and when it was received by QVC. Why would they remove this feature? Maybe so we won't know how long they procrastinate before issuing a refund?

At least the post office did print out the receipt for me so if I need proof they were returned I have it. They don't always.

I've returned a number of things using the Q labels, usually walking them into the PO to get a receipt logging it into their system. Returns from the islands can be slower than Pony Express. I usually wait 12 days (the time span Q allows for the return to arrive then call CS. After 12 days, they will process the refund even if they don't have the package back; they can check and see where the return is en route.

Whenever I return a package to either QVC or HSN. I always walk it into the post office and ask for a receipt. It prints a tracking number for you and it's free of charge.

I can't figure out why people don't think the post office website is reliable or that it's "a joke". I have found it to be extremely reliable. I track every package I send back to either HSN or QVC, and it shows me the exact status every day until the Shipping Agent gets it.

If you use the tracking number under the large barcode at the bottom on the Q's return label, go to the USPS website, and click on Manage Your Mail in the blue bar, it will give you a place to enter that barcode. The information is updated sometimes several times a day, and will tell you when the package was accepted at the P.O., and when it is picked up by the QVC "Shipping Agent". Your package stays at the Post Office until that Shipping Agent picks it up. I check my returns daily on the USPS website to see what the status is. After it is picked up by the Q's Shipping Agent, you can no longer track it through the post office - you have to wait until QVC updates their status, which is not very timely. Sometimes there is no information there, and all of a sudden my item says "Returned" on the order status page.

If you will use the barcode information as I stated, you will have no problem seeing what is happening with your package. I had one package sit at the post office for SEVEN DAYS before being picked up by the QVC Shipping Agent. What happens from there, I have no idea until it finally shows up on Q's status.

You also need to take your package in to the post office and get a proof of mailing receipt--if your package never shows up at QVC, you have the proof that you did mail it.

I am becoming increasingly frustrated with the prepaid QVC return labels. Three of the last four things I have sent back have sat at the post office for between one and two weeks before being picked up by the shipping agent (Newgistics). I currently have a defective Barbara Bixby ring that has been sitting at the post office since 5/9 waiting to be picked up. Sooo annoying!

For those discussing the tracking numbers, the tracking # under the bottom barcode is the USPS tracking #. Once the item is picked up from the post office by the shipping agent (Newgistics), go to the Newgistics website and use the tracking # that is underneath the top barcode. I always take a picture of the return label before I send my returns back, that way I have the tracking numbers.

Also, I noticed that Nordstrom also uses USPS and Newgistics for their prepaid returns and I have no problems. My returns are always picked up from the post office and begin moving right away. Not sure what cheap contract the Q has with Newgistics. I swear it seems Newgistics only picks up QVC packages from the post office twice a month, if that!
