I ordered a beauty item in January.  The item was unavailable and, I agreed to have it shipped if it became available in the next 45 days.  It did not become available in the following 45 days.  To my surprise, I received information that it was shipped this month.  Needless to say, I would have appreciated communication from QVC asking if I still wanted the product shipped nine months after the initial order was placed.

They should have asked you IF you still wanted it after such a long time. A screw up  on their part, but what's new?
