This is what Shop NBC did wrong

About an hour ago I get an e-mail from Shop NBC telling me they miss me and sent me a coupon for 15% off my next purchase. I thought that was very nice and was considering buying something. WELL a minute ago I get an e-mail saying OOPS we made a mistake and you can not use that coupon we sent you??? I thought that was so tasteless. I can't believe they did that. Even if it was sent in error, come on 15%, I think they could afford me buyiny 1 item with a 15% discount...Oh well.
