Does anyone know how or why some posts have "best answer" under "reply"? Hope I put this under the correct forum heading.

@panda1234   I think it is because if you ask a question, you can pick the one that gave you the best answer.

I know I've had that Best Answer happen to my original post before.  With all the jumping on this page I think it happened by me clicking something inadvertently.  I still have no idea how it got there.

I had it happen once.  It will appear when you ask a question.  you select the post that answered your question.  I've only seen it on the customer care forum.
