This is Annoying

On 6/24 I ordered a zipper french terry jacket type thing, new brand to me.  It's still processing.  EDD was 6/30.  I don't mind waiting and I get the whole shipping issues; however, when I talked with CS they said to wait until it ships from the vendor.  So I went to the vendor site and the very same item is on sale + 70% off.  Ugh.  It really just irritates me now.

If it's that big of a savings, then order it from the vendor site and return the Q order whenever you receive it.  The big savings will be more than what you're paying in returns fees.
