Congratulations!👍 I have never been that lucky, and currently have a computer, and a set of Temptations ramekins that are still in process. They were ordered in the last week, so I imagine it might be a little longer before they actually ship. Admittedly, I'm in no hurry.😊
I would LOVE it if they just showed up though-I like surprises.😊 After reading your thread, I have HOPE.😁

I ordered a pair of Vionic sneakers on July 1 that is still “in processing” !!!! I called QVC yesterday and the message said they are not taking calls due to COVID19 and to use the automated system. This is totally unacceptable. I order from several other stores and get my merchandise right away. Their customer service and quality of merchandise has been on a steady decline for quite some time. COVID19 just brought more attention to it.

In June I sent a bill to ship to rocker chair to my sister. Said in processing even after delivered. Kept telling her, hers did not ship (I thought maybe that color didn’t ship). Later that day she received it. The tracking info then said, no tracking detail available. At least she got it. Ordered on the Saturday TSV day, she had it I think on Thursday that week.
I just received a mask filter order yesterday from Amazon. 73 days. Ordered April 28, so I’m not that upset with QVCs delivery time.

Yes, many times. Usually happens when item is being shipped directly from the vendor - often they don't inform QVC first - they just ship. So Q's shows "in processing".

Yes - several times in the past few months. I don't really track a package as I'm not desperate for anything I order here. So it's a nice surprise when it arrives!

This has happened to me twice. Obviously COVID is a factor, but something else must be going on. All my orders are so screwed up, and no returns have been credited for months. I love QVC and the people who work there, but maybe some internal change has occurred that has caused this.
