The Q is getting really really slow in processing returns

Case in point. Returned two items. One from the Q and the other from the southern channel. By mistake left both at the post office when the item for the southern channel should have gone to UPS. Item for the southern channel got picked up by UPS the same day. Q item lingered and lingered at the PO and was picked up four days later by UPS. Item was received by the Q on the 12th. Still no indication it's been processed. Other channel's credit showed up four days AGO. Get with it QVC. This isn't a busy period. What is the problem?
