The Q, Returns and The Letter

Here is how it works...I could not believe this. Let me say I have not received the letter but now I understand how some unsuspecting souls do.

In December I ordered 3 sets of Bethlehem 18' strands of light in one order. They arrived in one box..they were rubbish. I returned them.

I got 3 count em 3, notices of returns. Why? I don't really know....they were received on one invoice...I returned them with same invoice in one box.

So chickens pay attention when you buy more than one of a kind...because if you return them all it is counted as 3 returns against you.
