After all the hype about the 30th birthday "kick off," I, for one, am disappointed. Foodsaver TSV and household "helpers" all day? OMG. So disappointed. They really shouldn't have advertised for weeks about the "kick off" if there's just the same old stuff. Zzzzzzzzzzz...

I WAS THINKING THE EXACT SAME THING!  I THOUGHT THERE WOULD BE AWESOME DEALS AND MAYBE LIKE  5 EASY PAYS FOR  THE ENTIRE DAY?  I LOOKED AT ALL THE SPECIALS AND NOTHING STOOD OUT.  BORING AS EVER.  SORRY Q

Somehow, I'm not at all surprised.  Didn't expect much.  Didn't even participate in the "sweepstakes".  I save those "special promotions" for HSN.  They do so much better!!!

Like all their other promotions, this one is a big bust... I looked at their 'anniversary sale' items, limited though they are. Seems that most of them were already on clearance at pretty much the same prices.

Smoke and mirrors, their specialty.

That's what really has disappointed me!  Same sale stuff at the same clearance prices.... What is going on QVC?  Do you think we aren't looking and remembering?

@Q4u I honestly don't think they care. Historically, it's all about them... it's always on their terms... I think they figure if they sell them then they sell them and if they don't, well, they'll just continue to push them out there for as long as they can. Honest to goodness deals don't tend to figure into the Q mentality, it seems.

How much thought went into this 30 year celebration? It appears the Q doesn't believe it has to put out to its customers little or nothing. Thirty years is a big deal, one that should be celebrated with great magnanimity to those who've made them successful. Even their Sweepstakes is carelessly done. They should extend the courtesy of announcing the winners and someplace for customers to see it weekly.

You know it takes a long while for a huge company to actually "show" they've lost their clientele.
