Thanksgiving and 2017 easy pay

For the past 5 years at least, I have always received a card that I could use easy pay on any item before the end of the year and then again in January of the following.  It was noted that this was for being a valued customer, etc. Just wondering if anyone else received theirs or if this has been eliminated because of the easy pay days for everyone.  I am not looking for that card by the way, but if others did get it, I would be curious to see why this year I did not.  I ordered as much as I have in past years including much of my Christmas shopping.  Just wondering, that's all.

Enjoy your evening!

I did not receive one.  I'm guessing they didn't send them out, but I have to say this year I spent VERY LITTLE at QVC.

Re: Thanksgiving and 2017 easy pay

I received an email for easy pay on request (5 easy pay on any item $50 or more) on November 1st.  There are two "promotion periods", November 1 through December 31, 2016 and January 1 through January 31, 2017.

@Marp that is probably the same thing, just not a mailer this year. Thanks!

@ajsidney12, it has been a long time since I've received an easy pay by request card and figured they stopped postal mailings in favor of email.

Maybe it would be worth your time to check your spam folder to see if it somehow an email offering ended up there.

@ajsidney12, I received my V.I.P EZ Pay (use now and in Jan. 2017) via e-mail, back in Nov.

@mzlg I receive so many emails from QVC but I never received that particular one, they must have looked at my account and thought I had enough EZ Pays already, they do not call me EZ Pay Queen for Northing Woman Wink

@CareBearsa.k.a. EZ Pay Queen, I used to get a card in the mail for this special EZ Pay event and then a reminder to use it twice.  However, this year just the e-mail ... which I greatly appreciate.  I won't be able to use this one until the end of December ... due to my budget restraints.Woman Sad

I never understood why only a select few received that offer and not everyone ... it would only make sense and help with customer relations if they did offer it to everyone ... especially during the holidays ... and it would help the Q sales, because the 5 EZ Pays has to be on an item $50 or more.  When I was asked to fill out a Q survey, that was one of the things I suggested ... the Q is still not listening.

I remember some would say they would get a special EZ Pay for their birthday month ... I never did, but I was happy that they got some recognition.

Most recently, I have been getting alot of e-mails from the Q, with suggestions of what to buy for gifts ... makes me think that they are desperate for that sale. The ones that annoy me are the ones that the Q says that the EZ Pays on an item in my wish list is about to expire and shows me a picture of Rainboots, which was never in my Wish List, for me or a family member.  Maybe, the Q thought they would make a great gift for my rural mail-carrier ... not in my section of town - they have to drive to the mail boxes ... rows and rows of them along the roads & boy do they hate it when they have to deliver a package.  My/Our house isn't bad to get to, we've paved our road and keep it maintained and our dogs have a fenced dog run over an acre long ... so they love to chase after the truck if it goes through the property when it doesn't do a "U"y in the driveway.

Have a great day!
