Thanks Again Customer Service !

{#emotions_dlg.thumbup} Just finished a conversation with a kind , patent gentleman at CS!

I had three problems that needed solutions and he just solved one after the other,

even apologizing for the previous mishandling of them by someone else !

I have always had a positive experience with QVC's customer service .

The few times I needed to call CS, everything was handled in a professional & friendly manner. JMO, QVC's, CS is top notch.

I've been with QVC since the beginning, and I think that there customer service is exceptional.

Susan, yea that you noticed your typo, LOL. You can edit the post, if you wish.....there's an edit button at the bottom right. BTwixx, yea that you got your problems resolved. I've had good experiences with CS, too.
