I know that the "Q" gets used to hearing all kinds of complaints, but I have a rave and a very big thank you to their customer service department.
I usually never have to call them, but due to a couple of issues in the last couple of days (one of them my own fault), I've had to ask them to help me out. Both of the representatives I delt with were pleasant, courteous, and handled my requests quickly. Again, thank you very much!!!
