Last week I posted on a thread here about the Q sending returns to their customers. I had received a Dennis Basso trench coat crumpled up in a plastic bag with the belt threads ripped and the coat soiled. Their was no signature garment bag or hanger that accompanies Basso coat's. Needless to say, I was not happy.
I called CS but I wanted corporate to be aware that customers were being sent returns, at least in my case. It was an obvious return.
Corporate corrected the mistake. I returned the coat at no cost to me. QVC sent me a new coat complete with the garment bag and hanger. There were even button covers to protect the buttons during shipping. The coat was well padded to prevent wrinkles and there were none.
I'm now a satisfied customer. The error was corrected in a timely manner. Thank you QVC.
