I wanted to give a thanks to customer service. I bought 2 touch pad games 2.0 and got them yesterday. Today I get an email that the new touch pad 3.0 is out and is cheaper than the two I bought. I called customer service and they told me to return them at no cost to me. They said that they did not know when new improved items come out but understood that returning them at my cost was not except-able. They were very nice.
