I'm not talking 'sales pitches', I am interested in what you say are deceptions: fraud, trickery, deliberate deceit???

The deception is quite obvious QVC only reads the good ones and not the bad ones.  Therefore the audience believes it's a really good product they are selling which is also considered trickery in my book.

Sorry, that's not a deception at all.

Reviews are where there would be bad ones.

I highly doubt someone is texting in how bad the item is....and IF they are, QVC is well within its right Not to read them!!!

As others posted, why on earth would a company read a bad review????

Nothing dubious about that at all.

I will often hear them say on HSN, this product has 200,  5 star reviews, but it may also have 150 poor ones, they wont tell you that.

My take is the textamonials are a time filler and a way to sway some into ordering better than the phone calls but I could do without both
