I really like Ali a lot and agree with you that she has a pleasantly calm voice.
She's usually on around my bedtime (I keep my tv on low all night as I can't stand complete quiet) and I'm able to fall asleep to the soothing sound of her voice. Don't know of any other host with whom I could do that. Her calm demeanor is the polar opposite of Rick Domeier (the only QVC host my blood pressure cannot tolerate).
