How are all the new fall baking items already out of stock, and why are they advertising items they don’t have?? Sooo frustrating!!! And they can’t even tell me when or if the steel by design earrings I want will be back in stock. Yet they still have them listed- you just can’t purchase them. I’m really losing patience with QVC.

Welcome!

You will have to be a little more specific regarding which items you are talking about.

I clicked on many new items of hers and none show out of stock?

Sometimes they are shown ahead of a scheduled show but are not available for purchase quite yet.  It is also possible the stock just hasn't arrived in the warehouse for shipping.

No CS rep from any company is going to be able to tell you when something will return to stock.  They don't have that info available to them.

These boards are for discussions between other posters, so we can't really answer your questions.

After waiting 2 weeks for my Periea item to ship and contacting the social group about it, I decided to cancel and notified the social group why I was doing so.  Found an item I liked better on Amazon.  Suggested that they notify those in charge about my decision.  QVC has to do better if if wants to stay in business.  They have serious inventory control and IT problems.

Why would you even order from QVC?

So many posts about not liking anything about the company, yet we go ahead and order anyways.

We all know their delivery can be slow to say the least.

@RespectLife   Luckily, they are excellent with their food delivery of items or that would be a BIG problem. My family & I mostly order food items and they have never failed us in the many years we have done so. I wish they would sign an exclusive contract with one courier and maybe they wouldn't have this issue.

I thought QVC use to be exclusive with UPS? I am not sure who Q uses now for a courier, but we would always receive decorations or other NON-food items from QVC vis UPS and can't say we ever have had any shipping issues.

@QVCTVSpree

I agree, as I order food also.  That is the only item that absolutely Needs to be delivered promptly.

All my food comes UPS and is usually timely....however, there has been several times UPS let it sit in their warehouse/truck over the weekend and delivered me completely defrosted food.

I was referring to why would anyone order anything else from Q and expect it fast when we all know their delivery can be very slow.  I didn't intend to mean food deliveries.

QVC doesn't sell live sustaining products.  Orders are placed again and again by those who complain all the time that items take too long!

Then they claim they will never order again...they do...then come here to complain again.

I will not buy Temptations again until they bring back purple.

I've had one order of food that sat in a UPS warehouse or truck over the weekend.  It arrived totallly defrosted, not even slightly chilled.  Refunded immediately.  In that case, I don't think the food vendor should ship Wednesday evenings with UPS.  It was an auto delivery and future orders shipped on Tuesdays and no issue since.
