@Kachina624 I use an IPad. I have had trouble with notifications on and off. I go notifications and, no new notifications.from Community.  But I go to my name  on too, and click profile, then go to the threads to check for new posts, and there I see posts addressed to me. I just never received a notification. Then like hours later, they are all there.  I have had other glitches as well!   I know it isn't my computer. I think the Q has limited amount of storage on this forum, and is about at limit without adding, or buying more lol lol

This is the worst website I shop on.  Constant issues that get resolved temporarily.

Community Chat still works and is still being posted in the forum.  You just have to be patient every time you click over there to get past the Processing Request to see all the threads available.  Once you click on a thread to comment if opens right up but once you click on the words "Community Chat" you have to begin again.  I posted over there several times yesterday.

@Kachina624 this was reported a while back that if using the mobile device the ability to add a picture, tag someone like you , you have to type in your entire name. You cannot use a drop down. There are not any emoji. It's no longer user friendly. From a laptop/computer it behaves as expected.

I cannot use the @ button on my phone when interacting during Live Streams on youtube either, just my PC.

@faeriemoon have  you tried clicking on the CC in the menu and waiting a couple of minutes to let it load up?  It stays on whatever page you are already on when you click on CC the it goes to the Processing Request for awhile then it goes to CC and you can see the threads.  I have actually gone down the hall to the ladies room while it takes its sweet time loading.
