I guess all the tall people hang out together or maybe people are taller in your neck of the woods. I don't see very many women or men for that matter when I'm out and about who are so tall that they need extra length. In fact ,I see many men with their jeans puddled around their ankles and they are easily over 6ft tall.
Excuse me but there are not a lot of QVC designers who do tall fashions. I can’t tell you how often I’ve seen a pair of pants I like and check the measurements on line only to discover they are a 29” inseam in the regular and 26” in petite. That isn’t even long enough for many average height women who wear higher heeled shoes. Also, to suggest there aren’t many tall people in the world is just untrue, not to mention, insensitive. I wouldn’t walk up and ask you what your inseam or waist measures, so how could you possibly know what inseam someone needs.
@KardiYou evidently just skimmed my post and misread it. I shared with the poster what I have observed in my neck of the woods and certainly did not intend to offend her.For some reason it offended you, so sorry.
Your post did come across as being a bit flip. I don’t know if it was intended or not, but let me ask you this, how would you react if I said that I don’t understand why there are so many fashions offered in petite and 3x. Where are all these short wide people? Maybe they all hang around together, but they’re not living in my neck of the woods. We all need to be careful what we post.

I have shopped at Long Tall Sally, and they arent bad. Another good one is LOFT. Trendy, stylish, great quality and they have sales on a regular basis. Gap is not too bad either but much more limited.

Longtallsally sounds like a godsend!
When I was in office work, I bought dress pants and jeans at LandsEnd, don't know if they still do, but they used to hem to your preference. I'm 5'4, but always got a 30 1/2 inseam in petite. Was the only way, in the 80's, for me to get a perfect fit.
If I recall, they went up to at least 34", and had good, classic clothes. Once I left corporate America, they were just too pricey for me.
Now I buy QVC, but need pants I can fold over 2-3 times at the waist.

All this being said, I am wondering when the tall D & C modern waist jeans will be back in stock? Just the basic slightly boot cut ones.
